I was on my way home today, as always; i commuted, when i had a fellow passenger who’s older than my grand mother, i think. So as i was saying, the old woman arrived in her destination, she paid her fare but she got short for 3 peso. The driver’s assistant who collects the fares went outrageous at her, he cursed and shouted at the old woman for not paying the lacking 3 peso. Can you believe that? 3 fucking peso! Has the world gone mad? Does he really need that 3 peso? Why does he have to do that? Why does he have to shout & curse at the old woman? I felt really sorry for the old woman, she did not deserve to be treated like that. She deserved more respect. For heaven’s sake, the old woman was like 80 years old! I wanted to offer paying her fare, but i was too shy to say it out loud. I should’ve helped, at least for her fare. I was stupid for not doing it. I regret it, really. But, i hope that guy would learn his lesson too. I believe in karma too. And i promise, no one—NO ONE, could ever do that shit to my grandma or my mother or my father. Nobody deserves that treatment. I pray that nobody would ever get that treatment again. I really really pray. :(
